on holding 9^th Regular Session of FERK in 2022

Pursuant Article 32, paragraph 1 of Law on Electricity in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 66/13, 94/15, 54/19 and 1/22), Article 20 of FERK Statute (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 24/14 and 91/15) and Article 14 and 17 of FERK Rules on Procedure

(Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 29/14 and 31/16 and 84/19) FERK will hold its 9^th Regular Session in 2022, on Tuesday, 26 April 2022, starting at 13:00, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 9^th Regular Session the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 8^th Regular Session held on 12 April 2022;
2. Consideration and decision upon application for Power Generation of applicants:
   • TAKTIK d.o.o. from Grude;
   • ‘PERO’ Zenica d.o.o.;
   • ECO SOLAR d.o.o. from Stolac;
   • ‘SV Energija’ d.o.o. Tešanj;
3. Consideration and decision upon application for Power Generation in RES Micro Plants License, of applicants:
   • TOKIĆ BIG d.o.o. from Usora; (solar PV plant ‘TOKIĆ BIG 1’)
   • TOKIĆ BIG d.o.o. from Usora; (solar PV plant ‘TOKIĆ BIG 2’)
   • ‘EL-DARIS’, owner Saračević Muharem from Tešanj; (solar PV plant ‘EL-DARIS’)
   • Proizvodnja električne energije ‘BLACO’ – Drinovci, Ana Grubišić; (solar PV plant ‘BLACO’)
   • AMDG, owner Dalibor Zadro from Mostar; (solar PV plant ‘AMDG’)
4. Consideration and decision on License for Storage of Oil Products except LPG of applicant ‘PAPIĆ’ d.o.o. Tomislavgrad;
5. Consideration and decision upon application for Power Generation in RES Micro Plants License, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer of applicants:
   • Solarna elektrana ‘BOROVNICA’ owner Milan Mijatović from Prozor-Rama; (solar PV plant ‘BOROVNICA’)
   • PEE OR ‘HM-METAL’ Živinice, owner Hamzić Amel from Živinice; (solar PV plant ‘HM-METAL’)
6. Consideration and decision upon claim on Decision 03-4-5113/2022 dated 1 February 2022 made by JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo Branch Office ‘Elektrodistribucija’ Sarajevo;
