PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 16^th Regular Session of FERK in 2022

Pursuant Article 32, paragraph 1 of Law on Electricity in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 66/13, 94/15, 54/19 and 1/22), Article 20 of FERK Statute (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 24/14 and 91/15) and Article 14 and 17

of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 29/14 and 31/16 and 84/19) FERK will hold its 16^th Regular Session in 2022, on Thursday, 25 August 2022, starting at 10:30, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 16^th Regular Session the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 15^th Regular Session held on 15 July 2022;
2. Consideration and decision upon application for Power Generation License, of applicants:
   • ‘BINGO’ d.o.o. Tuzla;
   • ‘FIRST LIGHT’, owner Jozo Jurica from Čapljina;
3. Consideration and decision upon application for Power Generation in RES Micro Plants License, of applicants:
   • Proizvodnja električne energije ‘AiA’, owner Ogrić Amel from Tešanj; (solar PV plant ‘AiA.23-1’)
   • ‘SOLE 1’ owner Kadić Fehrija, Kakanj; (solar PV plant ‘SOLE 1’)
   • ‘SOLE 1’ owner Kadić Fehrija, Kakanj; (solar PV plant ‘SOLE 2’)
   • Fotonaponska elektrana MLINICA, owner Mustafa Obradović from Stolac; (solar PV plant ‘MLINICA’)
4. Consideration and decision upon proposal for License for Storage Oil Products except LPG of applicant MCI d.o.o. Široki Brijeg;
5. Consideration and decision upon proposal for License for Road Transport of Oil Products of applicant ‘JATA GROUP’ d.o.o. Srebrenik;
6. Consideration and decision upon claims on:
   • Document No. III-1-M/5-1052/22 dated 7 June 2022, made by JP 'Elektroprivreda HZ HB' d.d. Mostar Power Distribution Division, Distribution Area Jug Working Unit Mostar;
   • Decision No. 03-4-221-30025-1/2022 dated 14 June 2022, made by JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo Branch Office ‘Elektrodistribucija’ Sarajevo;
   • Decision 03-5-27-12919-1/2022 dated 8 June 2022, made by JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo Branch Office ‘Elektrodistribucija’ Tuzla;

7. Consideration and conclusion on correction of Decision No. UP1- 06-13-1-117-3/22 (Proizvodnja električne energije ‘MI EL’, owner: Ivkić Marko from Tešanj)
8. Consideration and conclusion upon Application for declaring null and void FERK Decision No. 06-13-5-974-24/21 dated 3 August, 2022 of applicant Udruženje građana „Za Doljanku“ Jablanica.
