PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 19^th Regular Session of FERK in 2022 

Pursuant Article 32, paragraph 1 of Law on Electricity in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 66/13, 94/15, 54/19 and 1/22), Article 20 of FERK Statute (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 24/14 and 91/15) and Article 14 and 17 of FERK Rules on Procedure

(Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 29/14 and 31/16 and 84/19) FERK will hold its 19^th Regular Session in 2022, on Thursday, 6 October 2022, starting at 11:00, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 19^th Regular Session the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 18^th Regular Session held on 22 September 2022;
2. Consideration and decision upon Draft Rulebook on amending Rulebook on Licensing, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer;
3. Consideration and decision upon Draft Rulebook on amending Rulebook on Licensing for Performance of Oil Sector Activities, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer;
4. Consideration and decision upon Draft Rulebook on amending Rulebook on Methodology and Manner of Calculation of Regulatory Fees for Licensees, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer
5. Consideration and decision upon proposal for Power Generation License of applicants:
   • ‘EKO-S’ d.o.o. Mostar;
   • ‘ENERGY SOLUTIONS’, vlasnika Franje Jurice iz Čapljine;
   • ‘VAL-BRANA’ d.o.o. Vitez;
   • DOO ‘PETROL-P’ Bihać;

6. Consideration and decision upon proposal for Power Generation in RES Micro Plants License, of applicants:
   • SUMAKS d.o.o. iz Tešnja; (solarna fotonaponska elektrana ‘SUMAKS ‘)
   • Solarna elektrana ‘EMA’, vlasnika Miroslava Žilića iz Travnika; (solarna fotonaponska elektrana ‘EMA ‘)
   • ‘Zujaga solar”, vlasnika Zorana Zujića iz Čapljine; (solarna fotonaponska elektrana ‘ZUJAGA SOLAR’)
7. Consideration and decision upon proposal for Power Supply II Tier License, of applicant GP TOMING d.o.o. Grude;
8. Consideration and decision upon proposal for License for Wholesale Trading of Oil Products except LPG of applicants:
   • ‘TIOIL’ d.o.o. Stara Bila;
   • LAGER d.o.o. Posušje;

9. Consideration and decision upon proposal for License for Road Transport of Oil Products of applicants:
   • ‘TIOIL’ d.o.o. Stara Bila;

10. Consideration and decision upon application for Power Generation in RES Micro-plants License, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer of applicant ‘AJNEX’o.o. Sarajevo; (solar PV plant ‘AJNEX’);
11. Consideration and decision upon claim on Decision 0303-2-5-24004-1/2022 dated 14 July 2022, made by JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo Branch Office ‘Elektrodistribucija’ Bihać;
12. Consideration and decision on election of FERK President for one-year office term.
