PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 23^rd Regular Session of FERK in 2022

Pursuant Article 32, paragraph 1 of Law on Electricity in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 66/13, 94/15, 54/19, 1/22 and 61/22), Article 20 of FERK Statute (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 24/14 and 91/15) and Articles 14 and 17 of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 29/14 and 31/16 and 84/19) FERK will hold its 23^rd Regular Session in 2022, on Tuesday, 13 December 2022, starting at 14:00, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 23^rd Regular Session the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 22^nd Regular Session held on 28 November 2022;
2. Consideration and decision upon amending of General Conditions for Electricity Supply;
3. Consideration and decision upon Rulebook on amending Rulebook on Monitoring;
4. Consideration and decision upon determination of percentage of obligatory share of electricity generated from RES in 2023;
5. Consideration and decision on approval of Load Curves of Javno preduzeće Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine d.d. – Sarajevo;
6. Consideration and decision on termination of the Decision No. UP1-06-13-1-33-7/22 dated 9 June, 2022;
7. Consideration and decision upon proposal for Power Generation License, of applicants:
   • Javno preduzeće Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine d.d. Sarajevo;
   • Javno poduzeće ‘Elektroprivreda Hrvatske zajednice Herceg Bosne’ dioničko društvo Mostar;
   • ‘COMPREX’ d.o.o. Sarajevo;
   • ‘CONRA’ d.o.o. from Tešanj;
8. Consideration and decision upon proposal for Power Generation in RES Micro Plants License, of applicants:
