PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 2^nd Regular Session of FERK in 2023

Pursuant Article 32, paragraph 1 of Law on Electricity in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 66/13, 94/15, 54/19, 1/22 and 61/22), Article 20 of FERK Statute (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 24/14 and 91/15) and Articles 14 and 17 of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 29/14 and 31/16 and 84/19) FERK will hold its 2^nd Regular Session in 2023, on Monday, 30 January 2023, starting at 14:00, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 2^nd Regular Session the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 1^st Regular Session held on 10 January 2023;
2. Consideration and adoption of General Conditions for Electricity Supply – Clean text;
3. Consideration and decision upon Draft Rulebook on amending Rulebook on Eligible Customer Supply and the Procedure for Supplier Switching, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer;
4. Consideration and decision upon Draft Rulebook on amending Rulebook on Methodology to Determine Referent Electricity Price, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer;
5. Consideration and decision upon proposal for Power Generation License, of applicants:
   • Solarna elektrana ‘HERINKA’ owner: Prnjavorac Besim from Tešanj;
   • ‘BIHEXO’ d.o.o. Sarajevo;
   • PROTON PLUS d.o.o. from Mostar;
   • PROIZVODNJA OBNOVLJIVE ENERGIJE ‘ADILOVIĆ’ owner Adilović Ismail, Zenica;

6. Consideration and decision upon proposal for Power Generation in RES Micro Plants License, of applicants:
   • Proizvodnja električne energije ‘SELMIR’  owner: Ćostović Selmir from Tešanj (solar PV plant ‘ĆOSTOVIĆ-1’);
   • OBRT ‘DALIA’ owner Islambegović – Pinjić Lejla, Zenica (solar PV plant ‘DALIA 23 kW’);
   • Elektrana ‘DILBER’ – owner Eduard Dilber, from Kiseljak; (solar PV plant ‘DILBER’);

9. Consideration and conclusion on correction of:
   • Power Generation in RES Micro Plants License No. UP1-06-13-1-122-1/22 dated 13 December 2022 (SOLARNA ENERGIJA ,’PILIĆ-1’, owner Zora Pilić);
   • Power Generation in RES Micro Plants License No. UP1-06-13-1-168-1/22 dated 13 December 2022 (‘THE POWER OF NATURE’ owner: Srkalović Mirhet-Tešanj);
10. Consideration and decision upon proposal for License for Road Transport of Oil Products, of applicant ‘POLO” d.o.o. Kalesija;
