PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 10^th Regular Session of FERK in 2023

Pursuant Article 32, paragraph 1 of Law on Electricity in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 66/13, 94/15, 54/19, 1/22 and 61/22), Article 20 of FERK Statute (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 24/14 and 91/15) and Articles 14 and 17 of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 29/14 and 31/16 and 84/19) FERK will hold its 10^th Regular Session in 2023, on Thursday, 28 April 2023, starting at 13:00, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 10^th Regular Session the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 9^th Regular Session held on 19 April 2023;
2. Consideration and decision on proposal of Power Generation in RES Micro-Plants License of applicants:
   • Proizvodnja električne energije ‘TARIK’, Owner: Ćaro Hajrudin from Tešanj (solar PV plant ‘TARIK 1’);
   • ‘FH KOVAČ’ owner Kovač Nermin, Zenica (solar PV plant ‘FH MUTNICA’);
3. Consideration and decision on proposal of Power Supply II Tier License of applicant THE VOLT d.o.o. from Mostar;
4. Consideration and decision on proposal of License for Storage of Oil Products except LPG of applicants:
   • ‘HIFA OIL’ d.o.o. Tešanj;
   • RU ‘Gračanica’ d.o.o. Gornji Vakuf – Uskoplje;
5. Consideration and decision on permanent revocation of License for Road Transport of Oil Products of applicant ‘GORJA TRANSPORTI’ d.o.o. ŽEPČE;
6. Consideration and decision on proposal of License for Road Transport of Oil Products of applicant ‘ANTUNOVIĆ AGS’ d.o.o. Orašje;
7. Consideration and decision upon draft Power Generation License, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer of applicants:
   • ENERGIEPRO d.o.o. Livno (solar PV plant ‘S.A.N.’);
   • TAKTIK d.o.o., from Grude (solar PV plant ‘IN SOLAR-TREBIŽAT’ and ‘ELEN 2’);
   • ‘EMY’ d.o.o. Zenica (solar PV plant ‘SE EMY 125kW-1’);
   • S.E. ‘R U D O 2’ owner Ivanka Jarkić, Čitluk (solar plant ’RUDO 2’);
   • MABOG GUMANOVIĆ d.o.o. Grude (solar PV plants ‘GZ MG 1’ and ‘GZ MG 2’);

8. Consideration and decision upon draft Power Generation in RES Micro-Plants License, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer of applicants:
