PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 12^th Regular Session of FERK in 2023

Pursuant Article 32, paragraph 1 of Law on Electricity in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 66/13, 94/15, 54/19, 1/22 and 61/22), Article 20 of FERK Statute (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 24/14 and 91/15) and Articles 14 and 17 of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 29/14 and 31/16 and 84/19) FERK will hold its 12^th Regular Session in 2023, on Wednesday, 31 May 2023, starting at 13:00, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 12^th Regular Session the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 11^th Regular Session held on 16 May 2023;
2. Consideration and decision on proposal of Power Generation License of applicants:
   • ‘NEVISTIĆ-COMMERCE’ d.o.o. TOMISLAVGRAD;
   • KALEM-PILE d.o.o. Visoko;
   • BLAGO d.o.o. Posušje;
   • ‘PI-PI’ d.o.o. Visoko;
   • HIDROELEKTRANA BUK d.o.o. Široki Brijeg;
3. Consideration and decision on proposal of Power Generation in RES Micro-Plants License of applicants:
   • DVK, owner Dragan Knezović from Mostar (solar PV plant 'DVK 1');
   • DVK, owner Dragan Knezović from Mostar (solar PV plant 'DVK 2');
   • ‘Solar’ owner Šišić-Hakulija Aida from Kakanj (solar PV plant 'SOLAR-A');
4. Consideration and decision on proposal of Power Supply II Tier License of applicant ‘Interenergo’ d.o.o. Sarajevo;
5. Consideration and decision on proposal of License for Storage of Oil Products except LPG of applicants:
   • EOL PETROL d.o.o. Sarajevo;
   • EUROBENZ d.o.o. Grude;

6. Consideration and decision upon claims on:
