PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 14^th Regular Session of FERK in 2023

Pursuant Article 32, paragraph 1 of Law on Electricity in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 66/13, 94/15, 54/19, 1/22 and 61/22), Article 20 of FERK Statute (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 24/14 and 91/15) and Articles 14 and 17 of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 29/14 and 31/16 and 84/19) FERK will hold its 14^th Regular Session in 2023, on Tuesday, 4 July 2023, starting at 13:00, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 14^th Regular Session the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 13^th Regular Session held on 15 June 2023;
2. Consideration and decision on proposal of Power Generation License of applicants:
   • CES ‘Pontes’ d.o.o. Sarajevo (solar PV plant ‘NCPM-23’);
   • ETNO SELO MENJIK d.o.o. Prozor-Rama (solar PV plant  ’MENJIK 2’);
   • ‘KARA-DRVO’ d.o.o. Fojnica (solar PV plants ’KARA-DRVO 1’ and ‘KARA-DRVO 1’);
   • ‘TOPLOTA’ D.O.O. ZENICA (solar PV plant ‘WASS 3’);
   • BMB SOLAR doo from Ustikolina (solar PV plant ‘BMB SOLAR’);

   • ‘MAGIĆ-ENERGY’ from Usora (solar PV plant ‘MARIĆ’);
4. Consideration and decision on proposal of License for LPG Trading of applicant ‘PLINOMATIC’ d.o.o. Kiseljak;
5. Consideration and decision on proposal of License for Storage of Oil Products except LPG of applicant DOO ‘PETROL-P’ Bihać;
6. Consideration and decision on proposal of License for Road Transport of Oil Products of applicant DOO ‘PETROL-P’ Bihać
7. Consideration and decision upon draft Power Generation License, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer of applicants:
   • SHPP d.o.o. Sarajevo (solar PV plant ‘Mrkovići 2’);
   • DAČ Energy d.o.o. from Goražde (solar PV plant ‘DAČ 1’);
