PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 16^th Regular Session of FERK in 2023

Pursuant Article 32, paragraph 1 of Law on Electricity in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 66/13, 94/15, 54/19, 1/22 and 61/22), Article 20 of FERK Statute (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 24/14 and 91/15) and Articles 14 and 17 of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 29/14 and 31/16 and 84/19) FERK will hold its 16^th Regular Session in 2023, on Friday, 18 August 2023, starting at 13:00, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 16^th Regular Session the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 15^th Regular Session held on 19 July 2023;
2. Consideration and decision on proposal of Power Generation License of applicants:
   • Geo Wat Mario Krmek Stolac; (solar PV plant ‘LATINKA 1’)
   • Maxima IST d.o.o. Mostar; (solar PV plant ‘STOLAC-A’)
   • ‘GSL AUTO CENTAR’ d.o.o. Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje; (solar PV plant ‘GSL 2’)
   • ‘IVANOVIĆ’ d.o.o. LIVNO; (solar PV plant ‘IVANOVIĆ’)

4. Consideration and decision on proposal of Power Supply II Tier License of applicant Winter Wind d.o.o. Tomislavgrad;
5. Consideration and decision on proposal of License for Road Transport of Oil Products except LPG of applicant ‘KOPEX-SARAJLIĆ’ d.o.o. Srebrenik;
6. Consideration and decision upon draft Power Generation in RES Micro-Plants License, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer of applicant ‘FOTON’, Owner: Huskić Suad, from Tešanj; (solar PV plant ‘FOTON 1’);
7. Consideration and decision upon claim on Decision No: 03-53-119570-1/2023 dated 15 May 2023, made by JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo, Branch Office ‘Elektrodistribucija’ Sarajevo.
