PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 17^th Regular Session of FERK in 2023

Pursuant Article 33, paragraph 1 of Law on Energy and Regulation of Energy Activities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 60/23), Article 20 of FERK Statute (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 24/14 and 91/15) and Articles 14 and 17 of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 29/14 and 31/16 and 84/19) FERK will hold its 17^th Regular Session in 2023, on Thursday, 31 August 2023, starting at 13:00, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 17^th Regular Session the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 16^th Regular Session held on 18 August 2023;
2. Consideration and decision on approval of Development and Construction Plan for Distribution Network in 2023 for Javno poduzeće ‘Elektroprivreda Hrvatske zajednice Herceg-Bosne’ d.d. Mostar;
3. Consideration and decision on proposal of Power Generation License of applicants:
   • MARKOTA d.o.o. Posušje  (solar power plant ‘MARKOTA’);
   • Obrt ‘RnP Energy’, owner Dalibor Gudelj from Busovača (solar power plants  ’VG-4’, ‘VG-5’ and ‘VG-6’);
4. Consideration and decision on proposal of Power Generation in RES Micro-Plants License of applicants:
   • FOTON’, owner: Huskić Suad from Tešanj  (solar power plant ‘FOTON 1’);
   • ‘AGRO-BRIŠNIK’ d.o.o. TOMISLAVGRAD (solar power plant ‘AGRO-BRIŠNIK 1’);
5. Consideration and decision upon draft Power Generation License, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer of applicant:
   • DI & DŽ d.o.o. from Mostar; (solar power plant ’Arena Sport 1’, solar power plant  ’Arena Sport 2’, solar power plant ’Arena Sport 3’, solar power plant ’Arena Sport 4’, solar power plant  ’Arena Sport 5’ and solar power plant ’Arena Sport 6’);
