PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 19^th Regular Session of FERK in 2023

Pursuant Article 33, paragraph 1 of Law on Energy and Regulation of Energy Activities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 60/23), Article 20 of FERK Statute (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 24/14 and 91/15) and Articles 14 and 17 of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 29/14 and 31/16 and 84/19) FERK will hold its 19^th Regular Session in 2023, on Thursday, 21 September 2023, starting at 13:00, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 19^th Regular Session the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 18 Regular Session held on 11 September 2023;
2. Consideration and decision on Draft Rulebook on Amendments of the Rulebook on obtaining eligible producer status, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer;
3. Consideration and decision on proposal of Power Generation License of applicants:
   • Proizvodnja električne energije ‘MODEA’, Owner: Dedukić Mirnes from Tešanj; (solar PV plant ‘ELEKTRANA 2’)
   • ‘TEAM AGRO’ d.o.o. Gradačac; (solar PV plant ‘Sunny Valley Solar Plant’)
