PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 27^th Regular Session of FERK in 2023

Pursuant Article 33, paragraph 1 of Law on Energy and Regulation of Energy Activities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 60/23),  Articles 14 of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 29/14 and 31/16 and 84/19) FERK will hold its 27^th  Regular Session in 2023, on Friday, 1 December 2023, starting at 11 am, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 27^th Regular Session the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 26^th Regular Session held on 21 November, 2023;
2. Consideration and adoption of Rules of Procedure of Regulatory Commission for Energy in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
3. Consideration and adoption of Rulebook on resolving Appeals and Disputes;
4. Consideration and adoption of Rulebook on Public Hearings;
5. Consideration and adoption of Rulebook on Regulatory Fees;
6. Consideration and decision on Draft Rulebook on Protection of Confidential Information, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer;
7. Consideration and decision on Draft Decision on Manner and Procedure for Conducting Unbundled Accounting, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer;
8. Consideration and decision upon proposal of Power Generation License of applicant ‘ECCO ENERGY’, owner Vlatko Malić; (solar PV plant ‘ECCO ENERGY 2’);
9. Consideration and decision upon draft Power Generation License, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer of applicant MABOG GUMANOVIĆ d.o.o.
