PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 1^st Regular Session of FERK in 2024

Pursuant Article 33, paragraph 1 of Law on Energy and Regulation of Energy Activities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 60/23),  Article 12 of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 95/23) FERK will hold its 1^st  Regular Session in 2024, on Friday, 12 January 2024, starting at 11 am, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 1^st Regular Session, the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 29^th Regular Session held on 19 December 2023;
2. Consideration and adoption of Rulebook on Protection of Confidential Information;
3. Consideration and adoption of Decision on Manner and Procedure for Conducting Unbundled Accounting;
4. Consideration and decision upon the proposal of License for Performing Activities of Power Supply and Trade of applicant VIBAR d.o.o. Široki Brijeg;
5. Consideration and decision upon the proposal of License for Road Transport of Oil Products of applicant ZIBLIN & CO d.o.o. Ljubuški;
6. Consideration and decision upon proposal of Application for obtaining eligible producer status of applicants:
   • Djelatnost srodna obrtu „TENO“ from Posušje; (solar PV plant ‘TENO’)
   • Solar „NEZIROVIĆ E1“ owner Nezirović Edd; (solar PV plant ‘NEZIROVIĆ E1’)
   • AMA-SOLAR d.o.o. Sarajevo; (solar PV plant ‘RAJSKA’)
   • ‘FNE VULKAN’, owner Edvin Redžić from Gornji Vakuf – Uskoplje; (solar PV plant ‘Vulkan 1’)
7. Consideration and decision upon draft License for Performing Activities of Power Supply and Trade, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer of applicant ‘HIFA-OIL’ d.o.o. Tešanj;
8. Consideration and decision upon:
   • Conclusion No. 03-63-5436-1/2023 dated 13 October 2023 made by JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo Branch Office ‘Elektrodistribucija’ Travnik;
