PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 8^th Regular Session of FERK in 2024

Pursuant Article 33, paragraph 1 of Law on Energy and Regulation of Energy Activities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 60/23), Article 12 of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 95/23) FERK will hold its 8^th Regular Session in 2024, on Thursday, 4 April 2024, starting at 14 am, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 8^th Regular Session, the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 7^th Regular Session held on 27 March 2024
2. Consideration and decision on Draft Rulebook on Power Generation for Own Needs, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer;
3. Consideration and decision on Draft Rulebook on Amendments of the Rulebook on Regulatory Fees, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer
4. Consideration and decision on Draft Statute on Amendments of the Statute of Regulatory Commission for Energy in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer
5. Consideration and decision on revocation of License for power generation of the licensee “KAMEN STIL” D.O.O. TEŠANJ; (solar PV plant “KS 150-1”)
6. Consideration and decision upon proposal of Application for obtaining eligible producer status of applicants:
   • KTL d.o.o.  Livno;  (solar PV plant  “KTL ONE”)
   • “BRIST” d.o.o. Boljkovac,  Gornji Vakuf-Uskoplje; (solar PV plant “BRIST”)
   • “CONRAM“ d.o.o. Brčko District BiH; (solar PV plant “SEPARACIJA 1”)
7. Consideration and decision upon appeals on:
   • Conclusion No. 03-53-1-62367-1/2023 dated 29 December 2023 made by JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo, Branch Office “Elektrodistribucija” Sarajevo;
   • Decision No. 03-53-1-46033-1/2023 dated 11 October 2023 made by JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo Branch Office “Elektrodistribucija” Sarajevo;
   • Decision No. 03-53-1-60712-2/2023 dated 8 February 2024 made by JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo Branch Office “Elektrodistribucija” Sarajevo;
   • Decision No. III-1-M-174/24 dated 29 January 2024 made by JP „Elektroprivreda HZ HB“ d.d. Mostar Power Distribution Division Distribution Area Jug Working Unit Mostar.
