PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 10^th Regular Session of FERK in 2024

Pursuant Article 33, paragraph 1 of Law on Energy and Regulation of Energy Activities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 60/23), Article 12 of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 95/23) FERK will hold its 10^th Regular Session in 2024, on Friday, 19 April 2024, starting at 11 am, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 10^th Regular Session, the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 8^th Regular Session and Minutes from the 9^th Regular Session of FERK;
2. Consideration and decision on Rulebook on Methodology for Determination of Maximum Value of Guaranteed Purchase Prices, Replacement Market Price and Marginal Values of Fixed Premiums;
3. Consideration and decision on Rulebook on Obtaining Eligible Producer Status;
4. Consideration and decision on Rulebook on Power Generation for Own Needs;
5. Consideration and decision on Rulebook on Amendments of the Rulebook on Regulatory Fees;
6. Consideration and decision on Statute on Amendments of the Statute of Regulatory Commission for Energy in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
7. Consideration and decision upon proposal of Application for obtaining eligible producer status of applicants:
   • “SE ELEKTRONIK”, owner Prnjavorac Nezir, Tešanj; (solar PV plant “KRNDIJA”)
   • PSE d.o.o. from Mostar; (solar PV plant “PODGORANI 1”)
   • Proizvodnja električne energije “IEEA”, owner: Avdić Ismet from Tešanj; (solar PV plant “IEEA 2”)
8. Consideration and decision on Draft License for performing the activities of power supply and trade, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer, of applicant “GLOBAL ISPAT KIL” d.o.o. Lukavac;
9. Consideration and conclusion upon:
   • UP2-05-13-4-8-1/24 dated 29 January 2024;
   • UP2-05-13-4-16-1/24 od 23 February 2024;
10. Consideration and decision upon appeals on:
    • Decision No. 03-33-1-17692-1/2023 dated 30 May 2023 and Decision No. 03-33-23088-1/2023 dated 17 July 2023 made by JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo, Branch Office “Elektrodistribucija” Bihać;
    • Decision No. 03-3l-04-3201-1/2024 dated 24 January 2024 made by JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo Branch Office “Elektrodistribucija” Bihać;

11. Consideration and decision upon on request for resolution of the dispute against Response No. 04-43-1-2845-1/2024 dated 29 February, 2024 made by by JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo Branch Office “Elektrodistribucija” Mostar
