PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 13^th Regular Session of FERK in 2024

Pursuant Article 33, paragraph 1 of Law on Energy and Regulation of Energy Activities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 60/23), Article 12 of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 95/23) FERK will hold its 13^th Regular Session in 2024, on Tuesday, 28 May 2024, starting at 1 pm, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 13^th Regular Session, the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 12^th Regular Session held on 14 May, 2024;
2. Consideration and conclusion upon application for amendments on Power Generation License of applicant ECO-WAT d.o.o. from Kiseljak; (solar PV plant „C3”, solar PV plant „C4”, solar PV plant „C5”, solar PV plant „D5”, solar PV plant „D6”, solar PV plant „D7”, solar PV plant „D8”, solar PV plant „D9”, solar PV plant „E1”, solar PV plant „E2” and solar PV plant „E3”);
3. Consideration and conclusion upon application for obtaining status of eligible producer of applicants:

6. Consideration and decision on the proposal of License for Storage Oil Products except LPG of applicant ADRIATIC METALS BH d.o.o. from Vareš;
7. Consideration and decision on the proposal of License for Road Transport Oil Products of applicant ADRIATIC METALS BH d.o.o. from Vareš;
8. Consideration and decision on:
