Public notice on holding 18th Regular Session of FERK in 2024

... (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 95/23) FERK will hold its 18^th Regular Session in 2024, on Wednesday, 28 August 2024, starting at 12 pm, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 18^th Regular Session, the following agenda will be considered:

Adoption of Minutes from the 17^th Regular Session held on 24 July, 2024;
Consideration and decision on Rulebook on Quality Supply;
Consideration and decision on Draft Rulebook on licensing for performance of activities from oil sector, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer;
Consideration and decision upon proposal of License for performing power generation activity of applicant EnergEtica d.o.o. Sarajevo; (solar PV plant „ECO SWIS 1“ , solar PV plant „ECO SWIS 2“, solar PV plant „EnergEtica“);
Consideration and decision upon proposal of License for performing power supply and trade activity of applicant GP TOMING d.o.o. Grude;
Consideration and decision upon claim for non-making decision on Application for issuance of initial power permit dated 7 March, 2023 for solar PV plant of applicant „MILLERY“; (MILLERY d.o.o. Gračanica);
