PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 25^th Regular Session of FERK in 2024

Pursuant Article 33, paragraph 1 of Law on Energy and Regulation of Energy Activities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 60/23), Article 12 of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 95/23) FERK will hold its 25^th Regular Session in 2024, on Wednesday, 18 December 2024, starting at 9:30 am, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 25^th Regular Session, the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 24^th Regular Session held on 3 December 2024;
2. Consideration and decision on replacement market price for January 2025;
3. Consideration and decision upon proposal of License for performing power generation activity of applicant ENERGY TRADE d.o.o. Usora; (PV plant “ENERGY 1”, PV plant “IVEX 2”, PV plant “ENERGY 2”, PV plant “ENERGY 3”, PV plant “ENERGY 4”)
4. Consideration and decision upon proposal for obtaining status of eligible producer of applicants:

   • temporary regulatory fee for 2025 for licensees preforming power activities;
   • regulatory fees for 2025 for existing licensees for performing power generation activity in power plants of total installed capacity up to and including 1 MW;
   • on fee for Operator for RES and CoGen in 2025.
