PUBLIC NOTICE on holding 5^th Regular Session of FERK in 2025

Pursuant Article 33, paragraph 1 of Law on Energy and Regulation of Energy Activities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 60/23), Article 12 of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 95/23) FERK will hold its 5^th Regular Session in 2025, on Monday, 10 March 2025, starting at 13 pm, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 5^th  Regular Session, the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 3^rd Regular Session in 2025 held on 13 February 2025 and Minutes from the 4^th Regular Session in 2025 held on 21 February 2025;
2. Consideration and decision on amount of fees for providing non-standard services of:
   • JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo; 
   • JP “Elektroprivreda HZ HB” d.d. Mostar; 
3. Consideration and decision upon proposal of License for performing power generation activity of applicants:
   • Arena Solar d.o.o. from Mostar; (PV plants. “Arena Solar 4” and “Arena Solar 5”)
   • “IDEX GROUP” d.o.o. , from Busovača; (PV plants: “IDEX 1”, “IDEX 2” and “IDEX 3”)
4. Consideration and decision upon proposal of License for power generation activity of licensees:
