PUBLIC NOTICE on holding 6^th Regular Session of FERK in 2025

Pursuant Article 33, paragraph 1 of Law on Energy and Regulation of Energy Activities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 60/23), Article 12 of FERK Rules on Procedure (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 95/23) FERK will hold its 6^th Regular Session in 2025, on Thursday, 27 March 2025, starting at 11 am, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 6^th  Regular Session, the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 5^th Regular Session in 2025 held on 10 March 2025;
2. Consideration and decision on replacement market price for April 2025
3. Consideration and decision on determining percentage for calculation of variable part of the regulatory fees in 2025;
4. Consideration and decision on determining individual amounts of annual regulatory fees for 2025 for licensees performing power activities and paying variable part;
5. Consideration and decision upon proposal of License for performing power generation activity of applicant eWell d.o.o. Sarajevo; (PV plants: “KOPJENICA 1”, “KOPJENICA 2”, “KOPJENICA 3” and “KOPJENICA 4”)
6. Consideration and decision upon application for obtaining eligible producer status of applicants:
   • eWell d.o.o. Sarajevo; (PV plant “KOPJENICA 1”)
   • eWell d.o.o. Sarajevo; (PV plant “KOPJENICA 2”)
   • eWell d.o.o. Sarajevo; (PV plant “KOPJENICA 3”)

7. Consideration and decision on proposal of License for road transport of oil products of applicant “HIFA-PETROL” d.o.o. Sarajevo;
