DECISION

ON THE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE REGULATORY COMMISSION FOR ENERGY IN THE FEDERATION OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA (Official Gazette FBIH, No. 47/24)

The following are appointed as Commissioners of the Regulatory Commission for Energy in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, for an office term period of five years:

1. Samir Hadžihusejnović, from the Bosnian people,
2. Sanela Pokrajčić, from the Croatian people and
3. Vesna Marić, from the Serbian people

Based on Article 25, paragraph (1) and paragraph (3) of the Law on Energy and Regulation of Energy Activities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette FBIH, No. 60/23), the Regulatory Commission for Energy in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina - FERK on its 20^th regular session held in Mostar on 30 September, 2024 made a decision by which
