House of Representatives of FBIH Parliament has accepted Activity Report of FERK for 2013 on the continuation of its 32nd Regular Session held on September 10th, 2014. The House of People of FB&H Parliament has accepted same Activity Report on its 1st Regular Session held on May 28th, 2015. Pursuant Electricity Law of FB&H, FERK shall, at least once a year, submit to the Parliament of FB&H its Activity Report.

The House of People of FB&H Parliament has unanimously accepted Activity Report of Regulatory Commission for Electricity in Federation B&H on the continuation of its 16th session held on October 17th, 2008.
The House of Representatives of FB&H Parliament has accepted the mentioned report on the continuation of its session held on July 16th, 2008.
The report includes the period of 2007 and first four months of 2008.
Pursuant Electricity Law of FB&H, FERK shall, at least once a year, submit to the Parliament of FB&H its Activity Report.
