PUBLIC NOTICE

on holding 10^th Regular Session of FERK in 2022

Pursuant Article 32, paragraph 1 of Law on Electricity in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 66/13, 94/15, 54/19 and 1/22), Article 20 of FERK Statute (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 24/14 and 91/15) and Article 14 and 17 of FERK Rules on Procedure

(Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, 29/14 and 31/16 and 84/19) FERK will hold its 10^th Regular Session in 2022, on Tuesday, 17 May 2022, starting at 13:00, in FERK Headquarters in Mostar, Kneza Domagoja 12A.

On the 10^th Regular Session the following agenda will be considered:

1. Adoption of Minutes from the 9^th Regular Session held on 26 April 2022;
2. Consideration and decision upon application for Power Generation in RES Micro Plants License, of applicants:
   • Solar Power Plant ‘BOROVNICA’ owner Milan Mijatović from Prozor-Rama; (solar PV plant ‘BOROVNICA’)
   • PEE OR ‘HM-METAL’ Živinice, owner Amel Hamzić from Živinice; (solar PV plant ‘HM-METAL’)
   • Solar Power Plant ‘EMA’, owner Ekrem Jahić from Tešanj ; (solar PV plant ‘EMA’)
   • VRT d.o.o. from Ljubuški; (solar PV plant ‘VRT’)
   • DŽINO PETROL d.o.o. Maglaj (solar PV plant ‘DŽINO PETROL”)

3. Consideration and conclusion on Application for amendments of Power generation License of applicant ‘GRAND 99’ d.o.o. Travnik;
4. Consideration and decision on temporary revocation of License for Wholesale Trading of Oil Products except LPG of applicant ‘SLIŠKO’ d.o.o. Žepče;
5. Consideration and decision upon application for License for Wholesale Trading of Oil Products except LPG, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer of applicant ‘EL TARIK OIL BENZINSKE STANICE’ d.o.o. Sarajevo;
6. Consideration and decision upon application for License for LPG Trading, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer of applicants:
   • ‘LIQUIVEX’ d.o.o. Usora;
   • ‘PAPIĆ’ d.o.o. TOMISLAVGRAD;
7. Consideration and decision upon application for License for Road Transport of Oil Products, holding general hearing and nomination of Presiding Officer of applicants

8. Consideration and decision upon claims on:

• Conclusion No. lll-1-M-272/22 dated 15 February 2022, made by JP ‘Elektroprivreda HZ HB’ d.d. Mostar Power Distribution Division, Distribution Area Jug Working Unit Mostar;
